Ernad Muslim Educational Association was formed with the noble objective of establishing a chain of educational institutions and cultural centres to cater to the needs of the educationally and culturally backward sections of the community.
The establishment of EMEA Training college was the realisation of such an objective.
The EMEA Training College established in the year 2005-2006 as an unaided institution. The college is situated at Kumminiparamba within earshot from Calicut airport, 6 KMs from Calicut University, 32 KMs from Calicut city and 18 KMs from Feroke railway station.
With a congenial atmosphere for academic pursuit, the place is ideally suited for the growth and development of an institution for higher learning. Far from madding crowds, ignoble strife, this institution comes at the over all development of this area of Kerala by opening new vistas of opportunities to the coming generations without any discrimination of caste, creed or colour.
The college is managed by an elected body of the Ernad Muslim Educational Association, is named after the association, the EMEA Training College.
